Volvo Group chose Monterrey, Nuevo León, to install its new production plant, which will manufacture heavy trucks in 2026. According to projections from the Cluster Industrial platform, the Volvo plant in Monterrey would be three times larger than the one in the State of Mexico. Volvo (Edomex) has a main warehouse of 56 thousand square meters within a total land of 200 thousand m2, while the Ciénega de Flores warehouse will house 157 thousand 935 m2.
