In the midst of complete secrecy, the Énestas Energy & Gas company announced that it is building a Liquefied Natural Gas terminal in the Bajío area.
Without offering details about the capacity that the plant will have, nor the cost of the project, nor its precise location, Carlos Boone, director of Business Intelligence and Government of Énestas, pointed out that the work is well advanced with the aim of starting operations in the second semester of next year.

"We are on the issue of permits, so I can not share more data on the liquefaction plant for a matter of competition, but we plan to start operating in the middle of next year," said the manager before various media that covered the Situation and Outlook of Natural Gas forum, organized virtually by the Nuevo León Energy Cluster.
It should be noted that Énestas has been operating in the country for six years and focuses on distributing natural gas to 14 states in the national territory and to some cities in the United States.
