Competitive prices and first class spaces will boost the demand for offices in Puebla

Currently the availability of office spaces in Puebla is around 48 thousand square meters, where there are spaces ranging from 135 square meters to complete towers with almost 24 thousand square meters, although the greatest availability is concentrated in sizes smaller than the 200 square meters.

Another element in favor of this market is its rental price, which closed in February 2022 at $13.3 dollars per square meter, 63% lower than the average for Mexico City.
