In case of Structural Risk, the family or interested person must make and submit a letter addressed to the director of INVI.

Subsequently, personnel from the institute will carry out a visit to the property in a situation of structural risk to verify its situation.
For the second group where the Hydrometeorological, Geological or Physical-Chemical Risk is located, a written request must also be made to the general director of INVI, although this document must be requested from the corresponding mayor of the dwelling.
