This opinion was supported by marketers who perceived a rebound in the acquisition of spaces within developments in the construction stage, with the expectation of obtaining a return on investment within 1 or 2 years while the situation is controlled by the health crisis.
The characteristics of the absorption corresponding to the second quarter of the year indicate an average demanded area of around 400 square meters, a preference for conditioning and 13% more closings than last quarter.
