Frubana, the digital platform that supplies fruits, vegetables, meats, groceries and supplies for restaurants, through direct connection with local farmers and producers, announced that it is starting operations in Monterrey.
Its expansion plan during its first quarter of operations in the country is to supply 4 thousand restaurants, which represents more than 42% of the city's gastronomic offer.
The goal is to provide during the first six months of operations to about 9,500 establishments to help them increase the quality of the products they offer.
The main advantage will be the savings in input costs between 15% and 20%, and the reduction of times within its supply chain.
