The ISSSTE Housing Fund released, just one month into the year, all of the “traditional” loan folios through the 2021 Scoring System, an action that will not only benefit the right holders, but also the economic recovery and job creation in the country.

In total, the 67,910 registered applications that were pending authorization were released.

According to the Fund, 97,910 workers at the service of the State registered to obtain financing and acquire a new, used home, for construction or redemption of liabilities for this year.

Of these, 15 thousand were released on November 19, 2020 and 15 thousand more on January 11. While today, February 3, the remaining 67,910 registered applications are being released, so that in record time all the pages were authorized so that the rightholders can process their credit as soon as possible, which represents an unprecedented fact in the history of FOVISSSTE.

Likewise, the financing requests released on this day do not have cancellation deadlines until further notice, so that workers will have enough time to select the home that best suits them.
