Fibra Mty confirmed that it signed a binding agreement for the sale of an office building located in the metropolitan area of Mexico City for a value of 360 million pesos.
This is the building better known as Fortaleza, located in the Interlomas real estate corridor of the municipality of Huixquilucan, the property has a total of 15,259 square meters of gross rentable area.

This transaction adheres to the objective of divestment of the office portfolio, considered to be of low performance, announced during the marketing efforts in the last capital raising.
By November 2024, Fibra Mty managed to sign binding sales agreements for an amount close to 60% of its office inventory.
The Fibra detailed that the resources from the transaction achieved with strength will be used in the repurchase program of fiduciary stock certificates (CBFIs), authorized by the assembly of holders on April 25.

Finally, it was mentioned that they will focus on the investment of industrial properties, since they are in negotiation of acquisition and expansions with the objective of promoting around 700 million dollars in this segment before March 2025.
