In January 2025, companies in the logistics sector such as Mercado Libre, ED Logistics and Petrom boosted the demand for industrial spaces in Monterrey. Its proximity to border markets such as Reynosa and Nuevo Laredo offers key connectivity, consolidating itself as a strategic point for logistics.
Escobedo was the submarket with the highest leasing volume, exceeding 70 thousand square meters, driven by a project tailored for a logistics company. It is followed by the Apodaca submarket, with a gross absorption of close to 37 thousand square meters.
