Industrial demand in San Luis Potosí during 3Q 2022 tripled that reported a year ago

San Luis Potosí registered at the end of the third quarter of the year 114 thousand square meters of gross demand, a figure that is 142% higher than that registered in the previous quarter and that is 3.6 times higher than that registered in the same period of 2021. This high absorption volume registered with respect to previous quarters has been driven mainly by Class B vessels.

Let us remember that this entity, due to its vocation for automotive manufacturing, was one of the most affected after the pandemic, having considerably decreased its gross demand records during 2020 and 2021.

This situation begins to reverse towards the last quarter of 2021 when the net demand almost exceeds 80 thousand square meters and from then on it has maintained an average quarterly demand rate of 20 thousand square meters.
