The industrial submarkets located in the north of the Valley of Mexico have experienced growth in the construction of industrial warehouses, thanks to key factors such as available land spaces and improvements in infrastructure, such as the expansion of roads, and access to new routes for the transportation of merchandise.

This is the case of the Huehuetoca submarket, where there has been growth in industrial infrastructure over the course of 2024. In particular, construction has begun totaling 48 thousand square meters in the main industrial parks in the area, such as TepejiPark, Quma, and Fortem Tepeji.
