During the month of November alone, more than 100 thousand square meters were started, a figure similar to that reported in the previous month. This important construction pace seeks to meet the gross demand that between January and November already exceeded 378 thousand square meters.

Demand in the first three quarters of the year is concentrated 63% in Class A warehouses, which, unlike the same period in 2022, maintain almost 50% in sizes less than 2 thousand square meters when previously warehouses with larger surfaces predominated.
Querétaro represents 37% of the total Mexican shoal and 7% of the national total in terms of the accumulated figure of industrial demand until November 2023.
During this year, which is about to end, the preferences for locating in the north of the country have concentrated 55% of the accumulated demand on the eight markets that Solili monitors, leaving Mexico City and the 4 entities in the shoal with 18% and 20%, respectively. .
If we analyze the net demand that includes the vacancies of industrial warehouses, the first three quarters of the year break a record with 393 thousand square meters.
The investments that have been made in the entity and the projection of new relocations of factories and plants from Asia and Eastern Europe to Mexico support the previously mentioned figures.
With figures issued by the Secretariat of Sustainable Development (SEDESU) of Querétaro as of November 2023, 51 investment projects have been completed in the state and there are another 58 in the pipeline. Of the total projects already completed, 25 are new investments, and 26 are expansions of companies already established in the state.
