Construction Industrial in Queretaro starts the year with strength

At the end of January 2025, the Queretaro industrial market registered a gross demand of 50 thousand square meters, defining its position as one of the main industrial investment destinations in the country.

The strong demand in the market maintains the interest of developers, which translates into a continuous start of new buildings. In January, 80 thousand square meters were added in construction starts, which positions Queretaro as one of the most active markets in the country, only behind Monterrey and Saltillo.

Currently, Queretaro stands out in the Bajio region by leading the total number of industrial warehouses under construction, adding 400 thousand square meters distributed mainly in three industrial submarkets.

The Airport submarket stands out for concentrating 68% of the works, located in key industrial parks such as the Airport Industrial Park, Vesta Park Queretaro and Vynmsa Queretaro.

The Queretaro-San Luis Potosi and Mexico-Queretaro submarkets concentrate the rest of the warehouses under construction, with 32% distributed in the main industrial parks such as PIQ, El Marques and Bernardo Quintana.

It is estimated that these constructions will be completed throughout the year, further consolidating Queretaro as one of the best options for companies looking to operate in a strategic state.
