At the beginning of June, the inauguration of the first phase of the CITIC Dicastal rims plant in Ramos Arizpe took place, for an estimated investment of 131 million dollars in this first phase where it will generate 1,223 jobs, informed the Governor of the entity.

CITIC Dicastal is a company of Chinese origin, which is dedicated to the manufacture of parts and auto parts for various global brands, and is positioned as the number 1 supplier of the automotive industry in its segment.
The entity's Secretary of Economy reported that during 2023, more than 1,000 million pesos have been invested by foreign companies in at least 39 projects, so the government has designed educational careers according to the needs that companies require.
The new plant is only the first phase of the CITIC Dicastal project in the Santa María Industrial Park, in a 136,000-square-meter property, ready to receive future expansions by the company.

This first phase consists of a main warehouse with a production area of 20,175 m2, a secondary warehouse of 5,500 m2, and a building of more than 1,200 m2. It is expected that with this first phase they will be able to produce a volume of up to 1 million wheels each year. The main processes of the plant include aluminum die casting, heat treatment, machining and painting.
