The main Mexican corporate markets end the year 2022 with important advances in terms of demand and vacancy.
Ciudad de México, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro y Puebla account for 96% of the total corporate inventory in Mexico and achieve a similar percentage of corporate gross demand for the last quarter of 2022. This combination of elements implies a greater investment in facilities and equipment, so that companies that are actively looking for space or decide to move would be willing to pay more in terms of unit rent for the most modern and appropriate spaces for corporate activity.
