The real estate inventory for industry in the state of Guanajuato, in January, February and March, added a new 12,000 m² warehouse located on the Celaya corridor (the recently opened Toyota plant, in Apaseo el Grande) and added an occupancy of 53 thousand square meters for related sectors.
