Zoho, a technology company of Indian origin, projects an investment of 10 million dollars over the next five years in its operations center in Querétaro, where it provides support to its clients in the Latin American market.
This growth plan implies doubling the investment of 10 million dollars that the company made in the first five years of activity in the state, said the director of Customer Experience (Customer Success) of Zoho in Latin America, Fernando Sotelo.

The company currently employs 100 people in the state, with the expectation of incorporating 200 more in the next three years and maintaining a growth rate that allows it to reach 500 employees in the next 10 years.
The firm's operations center is located in the state capital; They also have a new unit in San Juan del Río, where 20 of their collaborators work, as part of the company's growth and expansion plans.
Fernando Sotelo stated that one of the purposes of the firm is to expand on the edges of urban areas, in order to identify talent in rural areas.
In parallel, the manager announced that the company is studying the installation of a new data center, a location that is still under analysis, but alternatives are being explored in Latin America; this project would mean an additional investment for the firm that offers operating systems.

“We still have no idea if it will be in Mexico, in any country in Latin America, but we do know that we want one, for all the privacy and security part; we have in the United States, but many of our clients no longer want to be there,” he explained.
According to the manager, this data center is expected to be ready in 2024, since they recently installed two: one in Canada and another in Australia.
Meanwhile, for next year it is expected to expand the presence of the brand in Mexico, as it is one of its markets with potential growth.
For now, in this market Zoho reports an annual growth rate of 30%, depending the director of Public Relations and Communication of Zoho for Latin America, José Alejandro González.
