Two years after the home office became one of the most used ways of working in the world and the offices emptied in the main markets of the country, We Work, a coworking company, has decided to return to the ring.
In 2020 and at the beginning of 2021, the company went through difficult times with the departure of clients who, after confinement, decided to continue their work through teleworking, so the company, in addition to being more cautious, began to implement strategies to stabilize the occupation of spaces.

The rental of spaces for events (and not only as workplaces), all access memberships and the payment of rent with cryptocurrencies, combined with the reactivation of the economy in Mexico, have already helped We Work begin the path towards Recovery.
Last year, the sales of new desks multiplied three times compared to 2020, as well as the traffic in all its buildings in the country (which placed Mexico as the country with the highest affluence in Latin America). In addition, they doubled the prospect base and building occupancy.

The figures, given by Álvaro Villar, CEO, at a press conference, gave greater certainty to the business, for which they "unfroze" their expansion plans for this January 20 to open Punto Sur in Guadalajara, where 880 workspaces.
For this 2022 they have more inauguration plans (although they have not been revealed) and to continue with the implemented strategies. However, the company believes that it will reach pre-pandemic levels by the third quarter of 2019.
