Without making any difference between the existing office schemes, the pandemic put all the corporate spaces in the country (and the world) on a tightrope, since the confinement sent most of the collaborators to telework.
The sector has not fully recovered yet, but more occupancy is beginning to be recorded in various places, such as We Work, a coworking company that has registered a 150% increase in the number of individual spaces sold in the last year.

"There is still a lot of work to do, but the future will be for those companies that listen to their collaborators and integrate flexible and innovative work schemes that favor the well-being of their team," said Álvaro Villar, CEO of WeWork Mexico.
The increase in occupancy also brought an increase in the flow of people from the company's buildings in the country by 300%, with a greater influx in Reforma Latino and Warsaw in Mexico City and the country and The Landmark in Guadalajara.
"The real rebound occurred in April of this year, since then we have seen accelerated growth in sales and requests exceeding pre-pandemic sales levels," said the businessman.
The return of companies to coworking spaces was led by technology companies, followed by those in the financial sector, who found in hybrid work an opportunity to continue carrying out their work, and who adapted to the flexible system of the company, they said in a statement.

At the same time, the company added a business line to its operations: the rental of spaces for events.
The 25 buildings in which they are established in the country will have the option of renting not only office spaces, but also common areas such as terraces, rooftops and meeting rooms.
