After 18 years of being a traditional home developer, Vinte began, in 2017, a modernization process in its structure to join the Proptech business in the country.

That is, it becomes part of those real estate companies that use technology for their operations.

In this regard, Sergio Leal Aguirre, president of the Vinte Board of Directors, highlighted that, thanks to the use of tools such as machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and prediction algorithms, currently 42% of its sales are totally digital.

In addition, the real estate company has built a Cloud that has allowed them to identify several areas of opportunity.

«The Proptech business in Mexico is very large and with great challenges; because the same house is not sold in the north as in the south. The governmental jurisdictions and the legal part are different in each state; as well as technical and structural issues. Mexico is very extensive and with a great amount of soil diversification, structural designs, and the market typology changes according to the zones.

"With the experience of more than 18 years, the digitalization of the Cloud and our algorithms we can offer a better product to the client, be it a home built by Vinte or by any other," explained Leal.

Likewise, the Vinte manager indicated that today, the real estate company sells, through technological platforms, new housing and furniture for 130 million dollars; which is equivalent to 2,600 homes in six states.
