Vinte diversifies the housing product and adapts to demand

The end of the third wave of COVID-19 reached to hit Vinte during the third quarter of the year, causing a drop in the sale of units, although in the balance of the nine months of the year that have been accounted for, it has managed to maintain positive figures .

During this period, income had a contraction of 2.2%, going from 922,328 million pesos to 901,433 million pesos, according to data from the quarterly report of the housing unit.

The figure is related to a steeper drop in the number of units sold, which from July to September was 14.4%. The net profit managed to avoid the fall with a growth of 0.12%.

The figure that rose was the one corresponding to the cost of real estate. "The average price of titled homes increased by 2.0% during the third quarter of 2021 to $ 924.5 thousand from $ 905.9 thousand during the same period of the previous year," said the company.

The increase corresponds to a greater diversification of constructions, which are distributed almost evenly among all segments.

Homes with a cost between 350 and 500 thousand pesos, represented 25.6% in sales from January to September.

Those from 500 to 700 thousand pesos were 27.8%, from 700 thousand to one million pesos they took 10.6%, up to 1.5 million pesos they were 20.6% and finally, those that exceeded this value became 9.6%.

This allowed the balance sheet for the first nine months of the year to be stable. Total revenues during this period grew 6.1%, while net income decreased 0.12%.
