The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) presented a study on the value of property in Puebla.
This study determined that, in the lower value areas of the state, the price per square meter can cost from 650 pesos. On the other hand, the highest presented a price of more than 20 thousand pesos.
In addition, various variables were evaluated, such as urban equipment, location, infrastructure, among other factors.
The investigation began in October 2021, a date that still has a negative impact on the construction sector due to the pandemic.

The Association took into account in this first study only the municipalities of Puebla, San Andrés and San Pedro Cholula. However, the objective is to cover all the regions of the entity and make an annual update.
According to AMPI, in the downtown area of Puebla, the lowest cost per square meter is in the Vista Hermosa neighborhood with a value of three thousand 100 pesos.
The highest land is located in the Center, neighborhood of San Antonio and San Francisco with 14 thousand pesos per square meter.
In the Ecológico area, in the Miguel Alemán neighborhood, the lowest price is 2,779 pesos.

The highest value is located in Azcárate, with seven thousand 590 pesos, San Ángel, Álvaro Obregón and El Ángel for six thousand 540 pesos per square meter.
The municipality of San Andrés Cholula showed a minimum cost of 2,140 pesos in the Coyotepec neighborhood, while in La Vista Country Club, one of the most expensive subdivisions in the state, prices of up to 21,240 pesos were found.
Finally, in San Pedro Cholula you can find land with a minimum value of 1,240 pesos in the town of San Sebastián Tepalcatepec and the highest cost per square meter is in the Club de Golf la Huerta subdivision, with costs of up to 11,500. pesos.
