With the aim of positioning La Perla de Occidente at an international architectural level, in the municipality of Zapopan, Trust Capital is developing Torre Legend, a mixed-use project marketed by Inverti, where an international team of architects and designers is working on a sophisticated construction.
Legend is led by the American architecture and engineering studio Skindmore, Owings & Merrill, in collaboration with the AMA studio, local architect responsible for the design of the residential interiors and Esrawe Studio, in charge of the hotel's interior design.

This project includes a mixed-use tower of 110,000 square meters, 190 m high and 52 floors, which is expected to become the tallest building in the Andares Zapopan district. The project will house 204 luxury residences, a 190-room Hilton hotel and 7,500 square meters of offices and a commercial area on the ground floor.
