After an investment of 19 million dollars and the creation of 150 jobs, Suminoe inaugurates its third textile plant in the country.

From its expanding plant located in the Castro del Río TecnoIndustrial Park in Irapuato, Guanajuato, the automotive company will dedicate itself to the production of floor mats, carpets and synthetic leather for manufacturers: Honda, Mazda, Nissan, among others.

The Suminoe plant is estimated to begin operations in the first quarter of 2024.

During the inaugural event of the new Suminoe operational headquarters, the head of the Secretariat of Sustainable Economic Development (SDES) Ramón Alfaro Gómez highlighted that this expansion is the result of the Governor's investment attraction tour to the Asian country in June of this year. .
