The building will have 282 apartments on 26 levels, for a total height of 150 meters and includes a 10-level hotel and a three-level commercial area.

Torre Lalo joins the strategy of the Monterrey company Proyectos 9 to generate economies of scale that implies an expansive plan to increase its production and by having large volume purchases this results in a decrease in costs.
