The Confederation of Industrial Chambers (Concamin) Bajío completed the construction of this property for 30 million pesos. It will have eight floors, an intelligence center, training rooms and will also serve as the headquarters for those business organizations that do not have space for their operation.

It should be noted that the Government of the State of Guanajuato supported the construction project of the Bajío Concamin Tower with an amount of 12 million pesos, with the aim of strengthening the industrial sectors, to have a space that will serve as a meeting point for all entrepreneurs.
