Grupo JV announced the start of construction of the Andeza Tower, which will be the first large skyscraper in Puebla, as reported on its social networks. Currently, the beginning of the foundation work for the project, located in the Angelópolis area, is being observed.

Even without knowing the opening date for the complex, the JV Group already classifies it as an avant-garde project that will be the tallest building in Angelópolis, having a height of 160 meters, surpassing the 140 of the Helea Tower.

The design of the tower is characterized by its pyramidal shape and skyline, which, as its levels go up, projects a revolving view. In addition, it allows the entry of light in most of its levels as well as views of the surroundings.

The project includes apartments, a hotel, a coworking area, a shopping plaza with shops and restaurants with terraces, and is developed in a building that has 37 floors, four basements, and 900 parking spaces.

On the ground floor and on the second level, 30 commercial premises will be established, while from the third to the 29th floor a wide variety of apartments of different sizes will be offered, ranging from 50 to 240 square meters.

From level 30 to 35, there will be five penthouses with panoramic views of the city and an average size of 500 square meters. On the other hand, floors 36 and 37 will have the aforementioned amenities.

Once finished, Torre Andeza will be added to the different skyscrapers that are already in Puebla. In such a way that the city continues to grow in the number of buildings with a height greater than 100 meters, highlighting: Platea with 155 meters high, Artema with 145 meters high, UMA with 130 meters high, Natyvo with 130 meters high , Omega with 130 meters high and Executive JV with 122 meters high.

The aforementioned projects are finished, while Torre Inxignia and OAK are currently under construction, which will displace the Andeza development as the highest in Angelópolis.
