Tijuana: one of the main markets for office construction nationwide

Tijuana began 2025 as one of the main office markets that maintains a high construction rate with more than 60% according to Solili.

The city has reported accelerated growth in its urban landscape with new developments that include commercial towers, medical towers, residential and offices, aimed at companies looking to set up in the border city.

According to Solili's publication, the city led the last quarter of 2024 with the development of new projects, which accounted for 61% of spaces under construction, followed by Mexico City and Monterrey with 33% and the remaining 6%.

Speaking of rental prices, spaces in Tijuana maintain a high rate of $21.70 dollars per square meter per month, surpassing one of the most important office markets, Mexico City, which concentrates $20.99 per square meter.

The platform also highlighted that this boost in buildings reflects the growing demand for top-level corporate spaces, driven by both local and international companies seeking to establish themselves in the region.
