A new industrial park will be established in Mexican territory with an approximate investment of 241 million dollars to be developed by the company EQT Exenter and which is called Exenter Teoloyucan Industrial Park.
The park will be built on a 48-hectare site and will have four industrial buildings that are expected to be completed within two years, according to initial estimates from the developer.

Ricardo Serrano Cejudo, General Manager of the company, pointed out that the industrial park will be designed for the logistics, distribution and light manufacturing sector, estimating the generation of about 2,500 direct jobs and 3,500 indirect jobs.
For his part, the Governor of the State of Mexico, Alfredo Del Manzo added that the entity will be an ally to promote the presence of the US firm in the logistics sector in the country.
