TeamViewer, a remote connectivity and digitization solutions company, opened a new office in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
During the press conference, Alfredo Patron, Executive VP of Business Development assured that this project will serve to achieve their plans in Mexico, which is one of their most important markets in Latin America.
“We chose Guadalajara to bring the offer of software solutions for industry 4.0 to this region of the country. It will also connect with other key nations such as Argentina and Brazil”, he stated.

In addition, in the presence of partners, government officials and representatives of business chambers, the company showed its future plans in the region.
“In recent years, Mexico has become an important market for national and foreign investment. Guadalajara and its metropolitan area have become a center of technological innovation”, added Patron.
According to the VP, the new office will allow Teamviewer to forge strong relationships with local business partners and Mexican clients.
“We started in 2005 and since then we have served our users in Mexico from the United States. It was clear, our next phase was to expand into this country.”
In this sense, he shared that the candidates were Mexico City, Monterrey and Aguascalientes. "However, we liked Guadalajara because of the access to technology talent," he said.

Once the status was accepted, the second floor of the Hilton Midtown was chosen, due to its business line, location and the shopping center at its feet. At the opening, the company presented various innovative solutions in Augmented Reality (AR) with wearable technology, such as smart glasses to simplify operations, and training for frontline workers.
TeamViewer supports all industries in their digital transformation efforts, throughout the entire value chain. In Mexico, it has different users such as the University of Monterrey, FEMSA or Megacable. “Thanks to the new office, we can now understand and address the needs of these clients even better,” he concluded.
