Local builders, he added, are prepared to provide construction and infrastructure development services demanded by the private sector.
In the start of 2022, he added, better expectations of private investment are visualized than in 2021, because the development of local public investment projects provides certainty to private investors.
Given the services demanded by the construction of data centers, the members of the chamber have specialized in areas that allow them to cover this demand, he pointed out. In turn, the Construction Industry Training Institute (ICIC) seeks to continue developing areas that allow builders to specialize.
