During the second quarter of the year, demand reported less than 10 thousand square meters, however, at the close of Q3 2024, it showed a recovery, with higher demand to 40 thousand square meters and a reactivation of investments in the region.

Institutional industrial developers such as Fibra Nova and Fibra Macquarie played an important role within the Chihuahua market, attracting investments in the Northern submarket, specifically in the Bafar Norte Industrial Complex and the Chihuahua Industrial Complex.
It is important to highlight that the Norte submarket concentrated all of the industrial demand for the quarter, attracting investments from companies in the technology and manufacturing sector.
