The demand for industrial parks in the country remains

According to the Mexican association of industrial parks (AMPIP), the supply of this type of properties has increased by 70% in just 4 years. The states of the Mexican Republic that concentrate the greatest number of industrial parks are Nuevo León, Baja California, State of Mexico, Chihuahua, Guanajuato, Coahuila, Jalisco and Tamaulipas.

In May alone, the investment of three companies was announced, all of them in the manufacturing sector: Evergo from the Dominican Republic (energy) with an estimated amount of 200 million dollars.

Precision from the United States that operates the steel business announced investments of 147 million dollars and Daikin from Japan, dedicated to the air conditioning segment, said it will invest 122 million dollars.
