With an investment of 300 million pesos (mdp), Satex Textil will build a new spinning transformation plant in the municipality of Lerma, State of Mexico.
The Mexican company, led by Iván Sánchez Madrigal, will generate 2,500 jobs in the state. “Edoméx continues to consolidate as the best destination for investment. Satex Textil, a 100% Mexican company, will invest 300 million pesos to build a spinning transformation plant in #Lerma," governor Alfredo Del Mazo wrote on social media.

According to the statement, the company is distinguished by its modernity and use of technology to offer quality standards and processes that guarantee the sustainability of its production.
The governor indicated that, at the national level, the inputs of the Mexican textile industry contribute a third of the production value and 21% of the jobs in the sector, it is also the sixth place in the number of economic units with more than 320.

Likewise, the state president pointed out some of the competitive advantages of the State of Mexico, such as having a robust communications infrastructure, and having direct access to a market made up of seven entities and 42 million people.
