Wöllman Property Group builds a new shopping center of more than 6,500 square meters (m2), with an investment of 47,500 million pesos (mp), in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí.
Epic Center Zona Norte will house 62 stores, 27 on the ground floor and 35 on the top floor, including open spaces and places for restaurants.
The company plans to deliver the property in September 2022 and the commercial opening for December of the same year, it said in a statement.

He added that this new development provides yields from 9% per year and capital gains from 18%; It will be the seventh community center of the firm, others are in Querétaro, San Juan del Río, San Miguel de Allende, Cancun and Tulum.
The complex is located parallel to the México 57 San Luis-Matehuala highway, a route with a significant influx of visitors, the company said in a statement.
"According to data from the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT), the road registers an estimated annual daily traffic of 299,369 cars in both directions."
