San Luis Potosí closes Q1 2024 with an industrial demand of 25 thousand m²

During the first quarter of 2024, the industrial market of San Luis Potosí presented a gross demand of 25,130 thousand square meters, with March being the month with the highest absorption of the quarter with 14,369 thousand square meters.

The companies that promoted leasing activity during the quarter belong to the logistics and manufacturing sectors, companies that consider San Luis Potosí as the ideal place to develop their industrial activities.

The San Luis Potosí - Villa de Arriaga industrial corridor was the one that reported the largest leased space with a total of 13 thousand square meters, which represents 54% of the total market demand during the first quarter of the year.
