According to the statement, those who would like to access this program must have a balance equal to or less than 25% of the original debt, and in the case of co-financed loans, the discount will be applied only to the balance of the credit granted by Infonavit.

In addition to this, the loan must not be financed by a bank (Infonavit Total, Infonavit Total AG, Mejoravit, Arrendavit) nor for the loans Tu Casa es Posible, ConstruYO, Segundo Crédito, Meet Account, Shared Responsibility and Trusts.

To determine if a credit can apply to the program, borrowers must enter My Infonavit Account and make the query in the Balances and Movements section, or through Infonatel (800 008 3900).
