Ramos Arizpe consolidates itself as the most attractive submarket for the industry in Saltillo

Saltillo managed to accumulate a gross industrial demand of 411 thousand square meters, between the months of January and November 2023. Demand so far this year has been concentrated 68% on the Ramos Arizpe submarket, leaving the remaining 21% and 12% , in the Arteaga and Saltillo submarkets, respectively.
