Jorge Guajardo, agreed that the rise in international prices of materials and natural gas and electricity has affected the construction industry. Oscar Montoya, recognized the increase in supplies such as steel, which he specified has had an increase of up to 120% between January 2020 and the same month of 2021, which went from 11 to 23 pesos per kilogram.
