Querétaro's industrial vacancy has rebounded towards notable growth with more than 333 thousand square meters ready for lease. This increase in the vacancy indicator reflects the confidence of developers to continue building new industrial warehouses in their most important parks.
If a company is interested in locating in Querétaro, it will find a greater offer in the “Mexico - Querétaro” corridor, which has almost half of the available spaces, which represent 45% of the vacancy.
