The increase in the supply of energy for these facilities could influence the state to improve its regional and global position in the matter.

Outside the regions of the United States and Canada, Querétaro - he commented - is the state with the most megawatts contracted for computer services.

The new campus, in Colón, will integrate six data centers that together will require 280 megawatts of power. In this location, data management services will be provided to large corporations.

At the moment, the project is in the permit management phase, with construction of the first building expected to begin in January 2024, which will be ready within a year and a half, that is, approximately mid-2025; He estimated that the six buildings will be completed within nine years.
