Industrial demand in the San Luis Potosí market reached 24 thousand square meters during the month of August 2024, taking the 3rd position in industrial demand in the Bajío region.

San Luis Potosí reports an accumulated demand of 99 thousand square meters in the period from January to August 2024. The largest leasing volume in said period occurred in a class A property of 37 thousand square meters.
