The National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (Canacintra) considered that more land should be generated to make it available to developers and that there be more manufacturing complexes to return to the competitive entity.
Luis Espinosa Rueda, president of the organization, considered that, although there are 21 industrial parks, the supply must also be expanded, because in the states with important activity in branches such as the automotive, textile, food, among others, there are reserves for accommodate any type of company.
"In Puebla we should not wait to have more land until there are private projects, but have them so that businessmen can choose where they consider it possible to settle," he deepened.

He commented that in the metropolitan area the land is pulverized, but efforts must be made to offer extensions that may be of interest to developers of industrial parks.
He indicated that land is required for five years and that it is feasible for companies, where it is easy to introduce services and the authorities want to invest in service infrastructure.
In this vein, he said that at least a decade has passed since the last attention of the manufacturing complexes in drains, pipes and lights, but of those that are in the Angelopolis.
Espinosa Rueda said that businessmen and the government should also promote maintenance projects for industrial complexes to attract national and foreign investment, because there will be companies that want to reach developed manufacturing areas.

"The state enjoys a privileged geographic location that connects with the country's main markets and offers growth opportunities, which is reason enough to invest in manufacturing areas," he deepened.
He commented that the attention to these areas should be part of a state industrial policy, so that Canacintra in turn helps in seeking to attract investment.
