In Guadalajara, 189 mixed-use projects are being built, which seek to create communities that have different services and amenities. An example of this is The Landmark, a complex made up of a shopping plaza, a corporate tower and two residential towers.

Due to the demand that mixed uses have reached, and in the particular case of this development, the second residential tower, called The Landmark Reserve, is under construction, which is also for sale.

The Landmark reserve is a 36-level project with 246 residential units in the best area of Guadalajara, the best environment and a very innovative lifestyle, explained Manolo Rodríguez, commercial director of the developer GFA.

The new residential tower will have studio apartments from one, two and three bedrooms; while Sky residence will have double or triple height units on its terraces and in its sections, which will have an area of 500 or 600 square meters.

Rodríguez stated that the work is about 63% complete in construction, while the sale is at 74%.

The Landmark Reserve has a unique construction method in Latin America where the structure is being raised, but simultaneously the façade is being installed with five levels of difference and with three levels of difference, all the walls and finishes are being built internally, indicated Rodriguez.

The hallmark of the complex is the amenities, services similar to those of hotels, where you will find valet parking, concierge, house cleaning service, and carpet washing, among others.

The target audience for the complex is young adults with small children and business people who spend time in Guadalajara. Millennials aged 35 and up are the ones who have bought the most in the project, highlighted Manolo Rodriguez.
