Real estate development is one of the main axes that Mexico City serves to reactivate the economy. Its strategy includes facilities and incentives for projects to be built as soon as possible.
The reactivation is only possible if the capital government through the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing and the businessmen are organized into action.
The Association of Real Estate Developers ADI has included among its members 24 projects in the municipalities of Cuauhtémoc, Miguel Hidalgo, Benito Juárez and Álvaro Obregón, which include transfers of hospitals, education, mixed uses, offices, hotels and housing. Together, they will contribute an investment of 3 billion dollars.
The National Chamber of Housing Development indicated through its President in the Valley of Mexico that in the next three months 21 projects will begin to be built, representing 4,900 homes and contributing one billion dollars.
In 12 months, the developers plan to begin the construction of 40 thousand homes, which will represent 6 billion dollars, said the manager.

For now, the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry registers 12 inclusive housing projects and more are on record. So far, an investment of 300 million dollars is contemplated.
There are several projects that facilitate the construction of real estate in Mexico City. One of them is an agreement on Avenida Paseo de la Reforma, in which developers can register before December 31.
The construction companies will be able to start immediately and, at the same time, carry out their administrative procedures, which will have to be ready before December 31, 2022. This same program is in force in Tacubaya.
There is also administrative aid for the construction of houses, hospitals and schools throughout the CDMX, with the exception of Iztapalapa, Iztacalco, Tláhuac, Xochimilco and Milpa Alta. It is also offered to start work and activities immediately, within a period of six months and up to a year.

Through facilities, the construction of inclusive, popular and worker housing (PRUVI) is encouraged. This is that apartment buildings can be made with more floors, in exchange for including low-cost units.
So far there are five projects in the PRUVI that includes 252 departments, 13 buildings of the Housing Program for Workers with 441 spaces, and 78 of the Popular and Social Housing Program, with 229 inclusive.
