A reengineering that preserved some structures which were reinforced is what Proximity Parks carried out in order to have its new facility in Lomas Verdes, State of Mexico, with which it will help its clients speed up their last mile deliveries at the beginning of 2025.

It also has mirror warehouses and a large maneuvering area so that vehicles and trailers have enough space in their mobility, so that there are no impacts on logistics operations.

Among the aspects, the facilities have 14,000 square meters of warehouse and three modules, in the same way it has electric chargers for the plug-in fleets in the parking area.
