Office lease price in Monterrey: the third highest in the country
The Monterrey office market is one of the most important corporate centers in Mexico. The second highest price within the submarkets of Monterrey is Valle Oriente where 74% of the total inventory is class A offices which are quoted at $20.19 USD/m²/month. It is an easily accessible area that also has buildings in San Pedro Garza García and borders the center of Monterrey, which makes it a great alternative for companies thanks to its location.
