Office lease price in Monterrey: the third highest in the country

The second highest price within the submarkets of Monterrey is Valle Oriente where 74% of the total inventory is class A offices which are quoted at $20.19 USD/m²/month. It is an easily accessible area that also has buildings in San Pedro Garza García and borders the center of Monterrey, which makes it a great alternative for companies thanks to its location.
