Industrial building lease prices grow 8.5% compared to October 2023

At the end of October 2024, the vacancy rate in San Luis Potosí stood at 4.3%, which is equivalent to 188 thousand square meters available for rent, with an average price of $5.51 dollars per square meter.

Industrial property rental prices have shown an increase of 8.5% compared to October 2023, when the price was $5.09 dollars per square meter.

The industrial submarket with the highest rental prices is the San Luis Potosí Industrial Zone, which closed the month with a price of $5.8 dollars per square meter, while the most competitive price is the San Luis Potosí - Río Verde Highway submarket with $5.28 dollars per square meter respectively.

The San Luis Potosí market is ranked third in terms of the highest prices in the Bajío region, only behind the Aguascalientes and Querétaro markets.

This increase in rental prices is justified by the growing interest of investors in this city, which is located in one of the most strategic points, connecting the northern markets with those in the center and west of the country.
