The industrial rental price in Querétaro at the end of February 2025 reached $5.93 USD per square meter, marking its highest point on record.

The rental price of industrial warehouses in Querétaro has represented an increase of 12% compared to February 2024, when the price was $5.33 dollars per square meter.

The 5 de Febrero industrial submarket has closed the month with the highest rental price of $6.35 USD per square meter. This area is highly in demand due to its central location in the city and its excellent connectivity.

The Querétaro-Celaya and Airport submarkets have also experienced increases in rental prices, exceeding $6 dollars per square meter.
