This year, new companies from the manufacturing and automotive sectors will be installed in the Bernardo Quintana Industrial Park, located in the state of Querétaro, which occupy 15 thousand square meters.
Salinas Mazatán, president of the Association of Settlers of the Bernardo Quintana Industrial Park, announced that the new firms are of national origin and are already in the process of starting adjustments in the coming months.
Likewise, jobs had an upturn, which allowed some companies installed in this industrial complex to achieve employment levels prior to the pandemic.

The energy supply is one of the main challenges of the industrial property due to the fact that some investments are stopped due to the lack of electrical potential, for which this 2022 actions will be implemented to solve the problem.
According to Salinas Mazatán, some companies are implementing energy savings, while others are implementing clean energy generation.

“Many companies are making energy savings and are implementing renewable energies. Right now there are projects to encourage the generation of renewable and photovoltaic energies to reduce the energy need”, he commented.
The president of the park added that this year they will encourage decarbonization in terms of electricity and gas.
Currently this industrial complex is confirmed by 330 hectares of extension and more than 260 installed companies, which employ 18 thousand workers.
